Dui Lawyer Nebraska
DL suspended in Nebraska, however, I live in Kansas; is it also suspended here?
PO says she isn’t sure, lawyer says no driving… I had to drive up there for court today, both said not to get pulled over by the police while driving home; neither seemd too concered that I was driving with a suspended license. I won’t drive until the 60 day suspension is up, but I am curious if anyone knows what the Kansas law states. Neither the PO nor the court confiscated my license, but I am aware that doesn’t mean much. A little background; 1st DUI offense, non-alcohol related, due to too much Rx medication, my lawyer reccomended a plea of no contest due to the fact that I “opened my big mouth” and told the officer what was going on. Now I have a $1,000 worth of fines to pay plus several classes to take along with six months of probation (with “good behavior”).
